WHAT’S ON THE MENU

Today’s menu for in the shower is creme de marron infused with hydrosol of vervain. Both stimulates blood circulation and with it hair growth when used on the scalp. Horse chestnut contains a very special substance named aescin, which seems extremely good for your vains. Also several B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin K. Calcium and zinc are found as well as bitter substances and saponin. And now the icing on the cake. Following ingredient is vervain hydrosol. Besides the lovely scent and other inner pleasures, it possibly provides relief from tired legs and muscle cramps. These two ingredients are mixed in these lovely massage bars designed like chestnuts. And now it is your turn! Firmly massage the bar while bathing for another boost. Hair, body and scalp brightens up.

VERVAIN

Our neighbors offered their vervain plant to process into hydrosol. It’s really great. Vervain offers a lot of benefits for our bodies, besides the wonderful refreshing scent. We will mix it with horse chestnuts and prepare a massage bar to use while bathing. I can already tell, that it is wellness at is best. Both seems to stimulate local blood circulation. So it is doubly effective in combination with horse chestnuts.
