Shampoobars🌰met wilde kastanjes

Paardenkastanjes kunnen een goede doorbloeding stimuleren. Haaruitval en huidschilfers blijken te verminderen. Deze mooie glimmende bolsters heb ik afgelopen weekend verwerkt tot een heilzaam hydrolaat en worden verwerkt in diverse shampoobars. Wist je dat wilde kastanjes van zichzelf zeepstof bevatten?Natuurlijker kan haast niet en hiermee geef ik mijn herfstgroet aan jullie!

BACURI BALSEM

Balsemen betekent in feite conserveren. Het werd al toegepast in het oude Egypte bij mummificatie. Lang verleden tijd, maar ook hedendaags is het een ultieme wens, om zo lang mogelijk onze jeugdige schoonheid te behouden. Dit gaat voor een groot deel het beste, als we zo goed mogelijk voor ons zelf zorgen met natuurlijke onbewerkte middelen. Maar hoe? Wat heeft de natuur zo al te bieden? En wat kunnen we leren van andere natuurgetrouwer volkeren? Tenminste hun oorspronkelijke schoonheids rituelen met hun gros aan natuurlijke bronnen.
Bacuri is zo’n authentieke vrucht uit de Amazone van Brazilië, welke o.a een heleboel methionine bevat. Een essentieel aminozuur voor gezond haar, huid en nagels. Deze royaal gesorteerde vrucht is verder rijk aan fosfor, ijzer en vitamine C. Het bevat tevens een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid threnonine, welke een grote rol speelt bij de aanmaak van collageen, elastine en ons spierweefsel. (En als we onze inwendige mens daarbij op zijn tijd een ouderwets bereid soepje getrokken van schenkel gunnen, snijdt het mes maar liefst aan 2 kanten).

De geneeskracht van calendula

Ondanks dat de zonminnende goudsbloemen wat dat betreft minder bedeeld waren afgelopen zomer, heeft deze krachtige bloem ook dit jaar weer een rijkelijke oogst nagelaten. Meestal is het voor mij nu tijd om wilde kastanjes te rapen, maar deze laten het dit jaar nog een klein beetje afweten. Nu gaan eerst deze mooie goudsbloemen in de koperen ketel om hiervan een medicinaal hydrolaat te maken én scheerzeep Bunny wordt gemaakt hiermee. Calendula ondersteunt o.a het herstellend vermogen van de huid. Heel bruikbaar tijdens het scheren, want een goede daad is goud waard!
